I just posted some comments about being a new proud owner of the baby loop and I would like to post some questions to the baby loop community and the folks from Ciro Mazzoni in this forum who may read this question if I can safely paint my baby loop antenna as long the paint I use is free from metallic materials?
I also would like to point out something I discovered about the last night while testing. The label in the ATU 2.0 is reversed when looking at the ATU 2.0
from the top versus from the rear panel. I was getting an error like, “failed to tune, no resonant”…something like that as I don’t remember the exact message.
When I looked in the back of the ATU 2.0, I notice that I had connected the baby loop on the radio side vice the antenna side as I was reading the pasted label from the top of the unit...here is a photo of what I am talking about.
Please anyone, let me know what is your recommendation about painting the baby loop…thanks
73s & cheers

Thank you all for the compliments...the camouflage looks makes it easier to hide the antenna here where I live in a HOA restricted neighborhood.
It also protects the antenna from the weather/elements and the paint does not impact the transmit and receive performance.
